Mr. Mehmood Khan, aged 65 years, is Managing Director of the Company. He appointed as Managing Director of the Company for 5 years w.e.f April 01, 2022. Mr. Mehmood Khan is a businessman with wide experience of 41 years in diversified fields including sugar industry as well as distillation plant and many more. He is a man of sharp business acumen, and it is due to his efforts that the company has reached to this height. He is involved in RS/ Extra Neutral Alcohol/Ethanol and sugar business for Since last 31 years. Under his stewardship, company has grown manifold.

He formed his own transportation company, in the name of ‘R.R. Khan Tankers Private Limited’ in the year 1989. The company was running the business with a fleet of 300 vehicles till the year 2002. Not only this, he also set up multiple businesses in different industries. He set up a mineral water brand unit, ‘Naroli Mineral Water’, in the name of ‘Daizy Agrotech Private Limited’. He also set up a well-advanced recreational club in Madhya Pradesh Ninth Mile Recreation Private Limited and a Venture of Television Channel (Ninth Mile T.V.). He holds a degree in Bachelor of Science.

Mrs. Munni Khan, aged 62 years, is the Whole Time Director of the Company. She has been appointed as Whole Time Director on 11/07/2022. Her Educational qualifications is up to higher secondary. She was a former promoter Director of an entity listed on Bombay Stock Exchange named as a Dollex Industries Ltd. and later on merge with Parvati Sweeteners and Power Ltd. and now trading on BSE main board.

Mrs. Ruchi Sogani is an experienced education professional with more than 15 years of experience in teaching, academic coordination, and administration in reputed schools in Indore. She is currently serving as the Head of the Activity Department at Sanmati Higher Secondary School, where she manages student activities, learning programs, and initiatives that enhance academic engagement and overall student development.

She holds an MBA in Advertising and Public Relations, a B.Ed., and certification in Early Childhood Care and Education, along with qualification under the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). During her career, she has worked with institutions such as Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Indore, Indus World School, Progressive Education School, and Cuemath, contributing as a teacher, mentor, administrator, and online educator while developing innovative teaching methods and organizing academic events and workshops.

Mr. Nadeem Khan is a highly organized and analytical finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering. He has worked across senior finance roles at the University of Queensland, where he has led financial strategy development, variance analysis, automation initiatives, and management reporting. He is skilled in data-driven decision support, financial transformation, and stakeholder advisory, with strong expertise in tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, and VBA. He is known for maintaining accuracy and quality in high-pressure environments and for mentoring teams to drive continuous improvement.

Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain, an achievement-driven, ISB Executive Alumni, professional with over 40 years of diverse leadership experience across banking, financial services, and hospital management, Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain has successfully held top leadership roles, including Chairman & CEO of a Scheduled Bank and Director of Finance & Administration at Yashoda Super Specialty Hospital. He is known for driving organizational growth, improving profitability, and optimizing operational efficiency.

In his banking career with Punjab National Bank, he managed portfolios exceeding INR 1.94 lakh crore, led multi-state zonal operations. He has been honored with national award for financial literacy and inclusive banking. As Chairman of Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank, he significantly improved profitability and institutional ratings.

In the healthcare sector, Mr. Jain transformed hospital operations by improving collections, increasing profitability, and optimizing pharmacy operations and administrative functions. He has deep expertise in treasury operations, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, credit risk, HR development, and stakeholder management.

A certified Independent Director and a CAIIB professional, Mr. Jain has Passed healthcare Management Course from ISB Hyderabad. He has obtained trainings from IIM Indore, NUS Singapore, NIBM Pune and various premier institutions. He holds a strong record of operational excellence, people-centric leadership, and innovation-driven change management.
